This was the first time we tried this and it was a pleasant stay with my family.
Having a kitchen to cook saved a lot of money!
All in all it was a great experience and a quiet neighborhood.

Great location to easily get all around STL. Great to be able to sit out on back porch with coffee, and walk in the yard.
Very easy to get to Ted Drewes Frozen Yogurt for an iconic treat!

Overall, the cleanliness lacked and it is very bare bones. I recommend bringing more pillows and blankets. They did provide coffee, paper towels, soap, toilet paper. The shampoo and conditioner were out, luckily we brought our own. It’s a great place if you won’t be spending a lot of time there and just need a place to rest.
This was a bare bones operation. There were no blankets; ice cubes or ice cube trays; instructions for the TV, thermostat or anything else; no pump hand soap or body wash—we were to make do with hotel-sizes bar of soap; no Saran Wrap, aluminum foil or Ziploc bags. The towels were skimpy and thin and there few of them. The place needs new paint and furniture,; even just IKEA would be luxurious .

Has great potential.
If you are trying to cook here, be sure to bring your own pans, there is not a basic skillet. Has parkingin back but you have to walk through a very small alley to get to the front of the house to get in. The 1 tv in the house did not work when we were there. Reported it to the property manager and said 'maintenance' was coming to fix it. We didnt hear from him all day then got back to the house and it still was not working i had to message the Mgr again and he said they wouldnt be able to come out to look. Several days later no one came, i had to initiate all communication checking when they would come. Then finally the last day we were there they came to look at the tv. They went in and checked but never even communicated that it was broken. I had to ask the outcome of what happened when they checked the tv. I understand things happen, but as a property manager you should at the very minimum communicate what is going on and also not say 'maintenance ' was going to come look at the issue when they were never going to come to begin with.
