Great place to stay

Location was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Kids love the included arcade game Location is close to many restaurants and entertainment Only thing to be aware of is the community pool is not available unless stay is 1 week or longer.

Comfortable stay. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the twin beds with trundles for our teenagers who don't like to share a bed anymore when traveling. All enjoyed the Pac Man game. Should be noted somewhere in listing that it is on the 3rd floor. Stairs not a problem for us but could be for others. Only minor complaint I have is that there weren't many towels for our family of six. A basket of seemingly used towels was in the laundry room when we arrived so maybe that's why. I messaged the host about the towels and they didn't respond. We made do with the towels we had. Nice quiet area. We'd stay here again.

Good stay!

The location was great - easy to get on/off the highway, and there are grocery stores, a Target, and food places close by. Good communication with the host, and we had ample space. It was nice to have a kitchen to prepare a few of our meals.

I’ll start off by saying i accidentally booked the incorrect dates for my stay. The property manager was able to accommodate me in this mistake which i am extremely thankful for but getting a response took days and it was the morning we were going to be arriving before they confirmed they were able to accommodate. I was so thankful they could but wish the communication would have been a tad more timely for the sake of my sanity. The apartment itself is as advertised as far as i can tell and freshly cleaned. I will say there were not trash bags provided for the stay but plenty of grocery bags stashed away. Plenty of towels and wash clothes for the two night stay. No extras like body wash, shampoo/conditioners provided which is okay. It is directly off a highway which could be an issue if you are sound sensitive. The A/C works great but does create a bit of a high pitched tone that again can cause issues sleeping if sensitive to odd sounds. We brought a box fan that solved the issue of highway noise and turned the A/C up at night to avoid the high pitched noise it created. I am unfortunately very sensitive to sounds when trying to sleep so this might sound like nit picking, but wanted to include in my review as i know I’m not the only person who is this way. Overall it was worth the cheap price and could easily accommodate 6 w the Queen bed and 4 twin mattresses.

Super clean and huge

New small apartment complex. The apartment was so clean and huge. Really nice kitchen. Fully equipped, even had a rack of spices. Laundry with all detergents included. Linens and towels were soft and clean. Checking process was a little uncertain and when we reached out to the host , we were only allowed to leave a message on their Goggle phone. I reached out to Customer Service, who assured us everything was fine. But there was no issue entering the rental. I will definitely recommend this rental. Much better than staying at a hotel with stale linens in a reduced space. Price was reasonable.

Great space and location

I stayed at this property in October 2022 with my two children and my mother. We came to the area for a horse show at the National Equestrian Center, which is about 15 minutes from the apartment. The location of the apartment was fairly easy to find and the directions to access the unit were easy to understand. The property is directly off a major highway and near several stores and restaurants. The kitchen and living room areas are spacious and with an island and a small kitchen table, there is plenty of seating at mealtimes for everyone. My kids enjoyed having the option to play the arcade game and used it a couple of times. We were able to log into our own streaming services to watch sports on the TV in the living room. The double bed was comfortable for my mother and the room has plenty of space for luggage. The room with the twin beds was spacious as well and has an extremely large closet attached, so we piled all our luggage in there. The twin beds were comfortable and the bedding for the trundle beds was found easily in the closet. Both bathrooms were spacious and clean. The unit itself is very quiet (I saw one neighbor the entire time we were there), but it is near a major roadway, so bring earplugs or a white noise machine if you are sensitive to sound while you sleep. And just a note that the unit is on the third floor and is accessed via stairs. This was not an issue for our group, but I just wanted to make a note of it for others that may have mobility issues. The price for the rental was great and I would definitely rent it again!

Great location and lots of space. I’d recommend brings kitchen utensils, hangers, and pillows if you’re sensitive to pillows that are too soft. Great communication with management and loved that we could bring our dog. We always felt safe and were relatively close to many great establishments. Would definitely stay here again!
