  • Welcome to Parkside Comfort -- a modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in The Grove that sleeps 8 and sits at the center of St. Louis's most energetic dining and live music neighborhood.

    The Grove on Manchester Avenue is the kind of place where a short walk covers dozens of options. Grace Meat+Three is 2 minutes away -- the acclaimed Southern comfort food restaurant that's become a St. Louis institution. Urban Chestnut Brewing is 5 minutes on foot. Atomic Cowboy is 5 minutes. Concert venues are close enough that on some nights you'll hear soundchecks from the house -- if you're attending a show, you might literally walk to the door. Top Golf is a 5-minute drive. Forest Park is 10 minutes.

    Inside, the home has modern finishes, a well-equipped full kitchen, and a spacious first floor that handles group relaxing and dining easily. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths across the layout keep eight guests comfortable. A Matterport 3D virtual tour is available so you can walk through the home before booking.

JZ rentals were great to work with - available and helpful. The house was good size and accommodating. Has inviting well stocked kitchen, beds surprisingly comfortable, and loved having the garage. Well located as easy on/off I-64 close to the zoo and botanical gardens. Overall, a great stay and hope to stay again. Took off one star for combo of things that were not deal breakers: Dead bolt on one of two front doors absent/needs repair (though has knob lock), couch/futon terrible to sit on (worn out), no hooks or closet to hang coats on main floor so coats everywhere:) Also, currently has construction on one side of unit and a trashed/vacant house on other but can tell being worked on - did not bother us.

Great place to stay!

Loved the house and amenities. The location is in a great neighborhood with lots of great local haunts. Close to the Metro Station so we had no trouble getting around to see sights around town.

St. Louis easy

Very clean with a well appointed kitchen. It was easy to get many places, and since we wanted to go to the botanical garden, it was perfect. I would alert people that the bedrooms are upstairs, and the steps are a little narrow and steep.

House was 10 minutes away from all St. Louis attractions. House is child friendly. Grandson was thrilled to discover the container of toys. Perfect place to regroup and cool off in between site seeing.

A beautiful renovation

This was a very comfortable and well equipped rental and we enjoyed stay immensely. The property was very thoughtfully and meticulously renovated. The rooms were spa and quiet. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. The neighborhood was quaint, querky and perfectly located close to a variety of sites. The property owner communication was fast and effective.
