“Great room. Our timing is after season so the outdoor bar and pool are closed. No matter. Grand Haven has wonderful bars and restaurants to keep us entertained ”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the in-room heating unit was quiet and efficient. The room as a whole was peaceful. Although the hotel is on a very busy street, I didn't hear the traffic noise at all. ”

“The room must have been a handicap accessible because it was huge! All was well maintained except the television. We called the front desk, but it wasn't a problem they could resolve quickly, so it wasn't resolved. Squiggly lines on the picture and garbled voices. The room was great. Clean, comfortable. ”

“Even though the hotel is in the middle of a remodel, I never had an issue with noise. Even after working hours there was no noise from other guests. Everything about my room was superb. The only "complaint" I have is that the water in the bathroom sink and shower was always immediately very hot. And I mean as soon as you turn the handle it was very hot. Zero waiting. Not much of a complaint, is it? Stayed there three nights and slept soundly each night.”
