“Clean carpet need cleaning but old. No parking permits disabled people. Friendly staff. Noise traffic outside night time But good stay”

“The bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was not very clean the curtains had mould. The location is good, it’s very close to the beach, and good restaurants.”

“We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. Stay away.”

“Good points: It has a lift, there was Fridge, TV & Kettle in my room & it had a sea view. Other points: No Cups/spoon, i had my own. Shower holder was broken, I worked around this. Others stated no hot water but it just takes awhile to come through. The windows don't close properly but this was not a problem for me personally as it was really hot weather. My time here: The Hotel has 2 pubs near, one is basically next door and the other across the road. The one across the road is an event……

“When I arrived at the property, I couldn't get into the building because I had received no checkin instructions. I saw a few message asking me to pay for a damage deposit in my Expedia inbox. But I didn't get any advanced notification in my gmail inbox until on the checkin afternoon. Because I was travelling, I couldn't have seen these messages until I arrived at the property. The message was very cryptic. It wasn't immediately clear what I needed to do. Another hotel guest kindly explained……

“For a business overnight stay just ok, not suitable for a couple or long stay, evening meal pub only, I took my own breakfast. Parking is allocated .”

“We didnt even get to our room as at reception we were requested to leave our bank card as a "deposit", because of this, I will be expecting a full refund. The place was disgusting and photos on your website are misleading.”

“The place smelled, no working lighting in room. Very basic and unclean room, TV didn’t work efficiently. Uncomfortable bed. No hand soap. Room was nothing like the picture. Would not stay again and strongly suggest you don’t either, many more places to spend your money.”

“Excellent staff and dining. Bedroom was spacious with good shower but the bed creaked, was too soft and you wallowed when moving. ”
