“The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!”

“My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley. Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff! We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊”

“Very conveniently located right next to the big mall. They use “The White Conpany” products which is very good.”

“Stayed for one night. Very welcoming. Lovely position by the river. Good food. Would stay again.”

“We have stayed twice before and were given the room with the double baths again which sadly we didn’t have time to take advantage of. The room is spacious with a big four poster bed. There was a great fan provided which helped greatly with the warm weather. Breakfast was great but there was quite a delay between ordering and receiving our food. The food was hot and delicious though. ”
