"Right in the middle of everything downtown!! Great location!"

"Don't stay here. I spent $500 to write this post I take one vacation a year, and this hotel looked good from the photos. When I arrived to the location, it is about the same quality as a motel 8. Rooms have a cold feel, are very old, with the stale smell of cleaning product Unfortunately for me, I booked 3 days here in advance, and was only able to get 2 of those days refunded. I would have gladly stayed for the 3 days I booked, but I was catfished. When I arrived, the hotel was not as advertised. I ended up staying at another hotel for a little bit more cost, and a 10 X better experience Please do better and stop overcharging"

"A beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant was wonderful for both dinner and lunch. Breakfast was from the menu with tasty, fresh choices such as fresh squeezed oj, Greek yogurt with honey, berries and granola or traditional eggs and omelettes etc. You can eat inside or outside in the courtyard by the water fountain or gas fireplace. The staff was friendly and helpful, never too busy for questions, polite conversation or simply holding the door open. It was a wonderful experience "

"It's a great hotel, but it's disappointing to find out that half the place is under construction and most amenities are not available. Wish that had been shared prior to the reservation and they should not be charging a daily resort fee either. "

"Had a great stay as the hotel was in a great location, clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a ok. But plenty of other options in the area. Would stay again."

"I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From the moment I arrived, they were extremely helpful getting my luggage out of my car and into my room. They were so kind. The hotel itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and ate the most incredible meal. Our room was perfect! We loved it so much and have decided we will stay here everytime we visit Charleston!"

"Breakfast was great ever time. Did not drive but the valet service seemed very nice. Sadly we could hear just about everything from outside our room. Did see a cockroach inside, just one but yeah. Most of the staff were very nice though. Several doors leading outside but were undetermined if useable. Some were exit only. Not much of a gift shop too and very high prices."
