"Totally brilliant stay at the Matterhorn Lodge. From the minute we arrived to when we left it was totally fabulous. Staff were fantastic. Room was beyond our expectations and the breakfast was - unbelievable! Best omelette in years!"

"The staff were helpful and really listened and attended to our needs. The room was very pretty. We had a hot pot in the room so you could have tea or coffee (bring your own) in the room. View was really nice. Bed comfortable. I would stay there again."

"It was in a very nice location. Breakfast was excellent. The guy and the lady there serving breakfast were very helpful and friendly. This hotel was nice except it looked old and there was no other outlets in the bedroom to charge my phone. I had to plug it into the bathroom outlet. The highlights of our stay were the cows with cowbells feeding right outside our window and the view of the beautiful river. This hotel was also just a few miles from the grocery store."
