「Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. 「What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home. On arrival the carpet in the lounge was up and folded over (i stood on a nail and my 2 year old son tripped over it, veey hazardous), there was a large stain/wet patch in the twin room so everytime you went in you got wet feet, the tap in the kitchen leaked when you took a shower, the boiler had no safety glass over it so had a naked flame and the grass and plants to the side is over grown so you couldnt park next to the caravan, more half on/half on the road.
