The bedrooms have been partially renovated but there is much to be done and there is a need for a deep clean and a repair and repaint of the rooms. "Apartment itself was nice. Comfortable bed and kitchen/living room good. Key issues: Cleanliness - pots and pans dirty and not properly washed. Naturally question how clean everything else was! Missing amenities: no shower gel/shampoo provided even though stated in the booking confirmation. Quite frustrating when you turn up late after work and then end up having to go back out to purchase basics such as this. "A great pub to stay in, friendly staff, car parking, an easy short walk into town and the castle . We really enjoyed the great breakfast, had a good selection, and it set us up for the day. Lovely comfy bed , had a good nights rest. We will definitely be staying here again. "
