「I wish the room was a bit bigger. The beach, restaurants, staff were all amazing.」

「When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area.」

「Hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms. Unfortunately my stay was soured with poor service in the main cafe in the lobby. Beautifully presented cafe with very poor customer service tarnished my visit. Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. ...

「Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Strand ist innerhalb von 5min erreichbar und die Unterkunft stellt Sonnenschirme, Stühle, Handtücher, einen Wagen und sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das war wirklich toll. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder kommen!」
