“every aspect of my stay at the don cesar was absolutely amazing. the whole staff from the valet, restaurant staff, and beach hut attendants, and spa employee’s really went above and beyond with their customer service. i will definitely be returning and telling all my friends!”

“Great stay, helpful staff and so many things to do! I went with my teen daughter and not once did she utter I'm bored! We've gone back twice and there's still new things to do each time. She got to hold an iguana and pet a spider. We played trivia too! The beach was super clean and absolutely gorgeous. It felt great to not have to get in my car once and still have so many dining options, activities and places to go. And the champagne toast welcome? Chef's kiss”

“When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area.”

“Hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms. Unfortunately my stay was soured with poor service in the main cafe in the lobby. Beautifully presented cafe with very poor customer service tarnished my visit. Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. ……

Der Strand ist innerhalb von 5min erreichbar und die Unterkunft stellt Sonnenschirme, Stühle, Handtücher, einen Wagen und sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das war wirklich toll. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder kommen!”
