Double booked

It was a frightening experience, actually, when I open the door there was somebody sitting on the bed. I immediately shut the door and knocked. Only to find out that the property had been double booked, which left me and my disabled adult daughter, literally in the dark looking for a motel. The host was kind and apologetic. I did receive a full refund. But it was a very frightening evening.
