We are the owners of the unit next door, Dockside 504 and if you are looking for 2 units that would accomodate your large party, look no further! Please let us know if you are looking for something like that. We strive to make your vacation a relaxing and memorable one.

Newly renovated two bedroom condo is sure to be the perfect spot for your next vacation. You will see what all the fuss is all about once your toes touch the sugary soft sands of Clearwater Beach. There is reason it keeps getting voted the #1 beach year after year! This condo has everything to make your stay wonderful. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The unit is is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, towels and linens. There is also a stacked washer and dryer. You have everything you need here! There is seating for four by the front door with views of the bay. You might even see a dolphin or two swimming in the bay! You will enjoy sitting and watching the sunrise and sunset. There is a shared heated pool with the hotel next door and you are just a few minutes walk to the beach.

The furniture has a classy touch with warm tones and beachy themes throughout.

There is a sleeper sofa to the right of the entrance.

The first bedroom has a King bed and a wall mounted flat screen tv.

The second bedroom has two full beds, both with memory foam gel mattresses.

Blinds can be adjusted as you like to let as much or as little sunlight in.

There is plenty of parking available with some covered spots as well.
On-site parking is always free!

There are lot of restaurants withing walking distance, activites at Pier 60 on a nightly basis, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is right here too.

There is a lot to do or you can just sit and enjoy the beach breeze.

We have stayed in this unit before and we will be back! Highly recommend. Very comfortable and clean. Good location and views. We always see several dolphins. This year we saw three manatees and a stingray from the balcony ( look over the bay when walking to the unit-never know what is down below)..

Condo was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, quiet, and in a great location. Ana communicated well when we had questions. Within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach. Only drawback was not enough washcloths for everyone to take a shower once a day and sometimes twice a day after spending the day in the Florida heat. We did wash bath linens often. Otherwise, it was the perfect VRBO for our Clearwater family vacation!

Pool steps were dangerous. Pool area to small for two hotels to be using. Never enough chairs. Bathroom currtaun rod all rusty. Coffee was for restaurant. Would not stay hot. Needs replacing. Ice maker didn’t work. Drain in tub was plugged had to clean so water would go down. Pits and pans need to be replaced. No laundry soap. Beds good and comfortable. No Tv instructions. 3 different controls. Very slow elevator. Ample parking. Quiet!

Condo has everything you will need for your stay (especially coffee filters). I would recommend a rug or 2. Tile is very hard on the feet after so much walking during the day and it would help limit the sand transfer to the beds. Quiet area close to the beach. If you bring a car parking is provided at the unit but you have to pay everywhere else. We saw dolphis in the bay right off our balcony almost daily. Ana is very good about communicating. She has a very cute condo in Clearwater.

Ana was great to deal with. This condo was close to everything. We walked alot!! Super comfortable bed and the condo had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home. The fridge with built in water and ice was very convenient.

The property was exactly like the pictures. The condo has everything you need for a home-like stay. We enjoyed everything about this place. Shared pool was awesome, views are wonderful, we saw dolphins one morning right up next to the dock, neighbors and other guests were all friendly. Just an absolutely amazing experience. We will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The check-in process was smooth, the condo was clean, roomy, had everything we needed (towels for the bathroom, and beach, beach toys, dishwashing liquid, etc). Even though, we bought things to leave to pay it forward. The ambiance of the condo was wonderful with LED accent lighting throughout. We met some very nice people, one being a permanent neighbor and the other being vacationers. The condo is on the 5th floor and is accessible by either of 2 elevators and a short walk. We never had an issue with the elevator or lobby entrance. Parking was smooth and there were always extra spots available. We enjoyed our daily view of Mandalay Bay which was literally steps from the lobby doors. There is a short walk to the beach, however, the entire path was covered with a sidewalk and Clearwater Beach has plentiful pedestrian crossings with signage and lights to keep pedestrians safe. The only negative I could mention is the construction of a condo along the path, but hey, this is the beach and progress occurs so this in no way reduces my opinion of the condo or the condo owner. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will visit again! Cheers, Dr. B and family

This property is gorgeous! Best morning sunsets with coffee on the balcony, we saw dolphins EVERY day we were there from our view, and Ana is a fantastic host! Easy walk to the beach with a great ice cream shop across the street, in addition to every great restaurant on the strip near by. Condo was perfect for my kids to share the 2 bed bedroom, and the master suite was on the other side of the condo, and each have their own bathroom. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 pre-teens. The pool is quaint and overlooks the ocean on the dock side, just beautiful and was nice to get away from the busy beach (spring break) and come to our quiet Oasis. I can't say enough great things about this location, we will be back!!
