Great Stay

We found everything exactly as the listing. Enjoyed everything and was centrally located perfectly for the activities we had planned. Were able to fish both salt and fresh water all within a 15 minute drive. Visited the sponge docks and all the shops and restaurants around there. overall a GREAT experience. Would highly recommend this listing.

The home was situated in a nice neighborhood. The homes were well kept. The house was very clean and well equipped. Tim (manager / owner) was very prompt to my correspondences. I would highly recommend the home if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood.

This is a fantastic property. It’s very comfortable and functional. We really enjoyed the large table in the screened porch and the fenced yard. The primary suite was so nice with a lovely bath and door to outside. Having a garage was so convenient for the golfers. Also, having bicycles and beach chairs available really made us feel at home. We struggled a bit with the limitations in the AC system even in September, but it worked well enough.

Excellent experience

This property was perfect for my family. Clean, spacious and with a large fenced in yard for my dogs. Location is very close to a variety of restaurants, the beach yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood.
