This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom large corner unit condo is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach and has stunning views. The master suite has a king-size bed and features a large master bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and double sink vanity. The master bedroom has access to the spacious balcony that overlooks beautiful Clearwater Bay. Each guest bedroom has two Queen beds allowing 10 guests total to sleep comfortably in this condo. The second bathroom is also a full bath and has a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining room has a large eight-top dining table and the living room has comfy seating, a ceiling fan, TV, and faces the Bay with access to the spacious balcony. Unit amenities also include a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a heated pool and spa, and reserved covered parking. Clearwater Beach is across the street.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Clearwater Beach: December 2025 – January 2026
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking with a fridge that has an in-the-door water/ice, a stove/oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a tea kettle, and a drip coffee maker. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Has a large table that seats 8 guests and 3 seats at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: Comfy seating, a TV, ceiling fan, and large slider doors leading to the expansive balcony that overlooks Clearwater Bay. The balcony has two sitting areas and a four-top bar table for dining.
Bedroom #1: The master has a King-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and balcony access with beautiful bay views and sitting areas.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The Master bath is large with a garden tub, separate shower area, and double vanity sinks.
Bedroom #2: Has 2 Queen beds, a TV, and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: A full bath with shower and tub combo.
Bedroom #3: Has 2 Queen beds, a TV, and a ceiling fan.
The laundry room is located in the hallway.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved parking spot. Guest can only have 1 guest parking space, which is not guaranteed and on a first come basis. We recommend visiting the city of Clearwater's website for more information on beach parking.

The immediate surrounding area has a lot to choose from within walking distance, such as different arrays of cuisines, retail shops, beach shops, gas stations, putt-putt, liquor stores, and an Island Market. There are also plenty of recreation and watersports rentals in the area such as electric bikes, electric scooters, small electrical vehicles, and boat rentals. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley is also a great option to get around the beach town.
Clearwater has been frequently ranked as one of the BEST BEACHES in the USA, has been listed in the top 6 best in the world beaches by TripAdvisor, and was awarded the ranking of Florida's Best Beach Town by USA Today. With its white sandy beaches and plenty of options for people of all ages, you will find something fun for all to enjoy. Clearwater Beach is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 25 miles from downtown Tampa. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is also within close proximity to Clearwater Beach.
