It’s Own Little Paradise

Got together with some old friends to catch up and completely enjoyed this property.The place was clean and the check in process was seamless.Dunedin is a 15 min drive away where we enjoyed some great food and drinks.Clearwater Beach was also easily accessible.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and stay there again myself.

Clearwater Vacation

Property is in nice location, was very clean and comfortable. The girls loved the pool table and Grammy loved the nice big washer and dryer.

Celebration of life

Out visit had a range of 16 to 85 years old staying for a celebration of life. House was perfect with the pool area for the young adults and the fire pit for the older crew. The house was one of the cleanest and best stocked rentals we have stayed at. Kudos to the cleaning crews for getting to the spaces that typically get missed. Even the fan blades were clean.

Fun Family vacation

Great home for family fun

This home was very cute and was fun to stay at. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had a bunch of cooking accessories, and the area was nice. It was not far from downtown Dunedin. The beds were comfy as well. I was glad to bring my own pillow as they were too hard for my liking.

Beautiful home!

This is a gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood. Big kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of seating area with a large dining room table, and a smaller table in the sunroom. We took advantage of the pool table and had some fun. Too cool for the pool, but maybe next visit just about everything has been recently recently updated and it shows. A great place to stay.

Property is clearly advertised as volleyball playable facility but by the time we started playing volleyball, neighbors have threatened they will call police on us. We were not even into the game and they have threatened us. This not be advertised as a volleyball place. Pool is not that clean either. Good on communicating and cleanliness inside property.

Beautiful property

We made our reservations 2 weeks before Hurricane Helene made her presense known near this location. The owner communicated with us regaurding damages and power and what have you. The property faired very well during the storm. Only issue was there was debris in the pool from the surrounding trees. But the owner was on top of that had the pool people out the next day. I am very impressed with the property and the owner. Thank you very much for opening your home to our family to celebrate some birthdays. And under the circumstances everything turned out GREAT!

Disappointed

We had a nice vacation however the home was not well kept and did not reflect the photos shown. We had a lot of issues during our stay, outlets that didn’t work, pool was not cleaned, backyard not well kept, roaches in the kitchen, bathroom sinks that didn’t drain., etc., communication was very good with management company, however we were disappointed with the overall state of the home and the lack of upkeep
