Great location, great owner

I rarely write reviews....Joe called us within minutes of booking his beautiful vacation home. He was readily available to answer any questions and easy to work with. Great location overlooking the beach. A closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. It was the perfect get-a-way for us.20 miles from St. Pete and 20 miles from Clearwater (right in the middle and much more quiet).

Amazing view, so relaxing!

My husband, two young adult sons and I stayed for a long weekend to visit with my in-laws. The place was perfect! We were so comfortable. Beach access was so easy. Everything you needed was close. The steps were easy, and there is an elevator that was perfect for my in-laws when they visited. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Family Vacation

Perfect spot on the beach for our family of 5. The view is beautiful, condo was clean and comfortable, and my boys loved jumping back and forth from the beach to pool.

Great proximity to the beach

The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, and you can hear the waves from the balcony. This, along with the close proximity to the beach and heated pool, were the best features. There were beach toys and an umbrella, and you can rent shaded lounge chairs right on the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we had a 7 year old, 5 year old and 4 month old, they had a pack and play for our infant, even a baby bathtub, the pool was super warm and the beach is very close. Will definitely be coming back. Also Walmart grocery delivers which was awesome!

Fantastic location, excellent beach access, clean and nicely decorated older property. Only issue is a lack of blackout blinds in the bedroom windows. Exterior corridor lighting leaves quite a bit of light/brightness in the bedrooms at night.

Perfect Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. The minute you walk through the door and see how beautiful the space is our stress just melted. The balcony view of the Gulf is just spectacular. The condo has all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home. The beds were super comfy as well. We will be back for sure. Indian Shores visit

What a beautiful condo!! Loved the updates not to mention the amazing views. Take the elevator or walk down a flight of stairs and you're right on the beach. We had beautiful weather almost everyday and enjoyed the beach almost everyday. Plenty to do nearby as well. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay very much and would visit here again.

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful place! Location is perfect, with large balcony right overlooking the ocean. Our kiddos loved eating breakfast there each morning. Has everything you need / want for a perfect family vacation. Right on the beach, with nice pool. Clean, safe and great location with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Joe was an awesome host and very responsive, kind and treated us as if we were family! Thanks for the great stay- we will be back!
