Beautiful Clearwater!

Location is wonderful. Have been renting on Cambria Street for 7 years. Love that short walk to the beach and to see the beautiful sunsets!

The owners accommodated us with a last minute change of dates. So appreciative of that.

There for spring training, beach time and family visiting our place was steps away from a beautiful beach and close enough to walk to local restaurants and shops.

Cozy and great location

This was the perfect cottage— we were so close to the beach and it’s such a cute, cozy and convenient place. The communication from the owners is great and so easy to get set up. If we make it to Clearwater beach again 20 Cambria st will be our first choice to try and stay again. We loved it

Perfect spot

This was like having your own little house on the beach! It was a very comfortable place—they have lots of extras that you don’t think you need until you need it! The location is the best and the street ends in the beach!

Just as pictured and promised plus. Easy access to the beach and nice that beach towels and chairs were provided. Great location. Patio was nice bonus and we didn’t use the driveway but parking space was provided.

Perfect beach cottage

The cottage was just as described in the online write up and photos. Very clean with lots of nice amenities and truly only steps away from the beach. I will definitely come back again when I can!

Comfortable and close to the beach.

I enjoyed it. Excellent location. Appreciated the comfy beach chair and cooler for guest use. Hope to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Cozy, comfortable, and immaculate cottage very close to the beach. This 1 BR/1 B unit was in easy walking distance to main restaurants, bars, and shops in Clearwater. Great place for a couple.

Great location

I stayed in this clean little cottage with 2 friends. The beautiful white sandy beach is just steps away and provide a gorgeous foreground for beautiful sunset photos. It was nice to have ice already made when we walked through the door. The bed was comfortable and the pull out bed just needed a little padding on the bar. We would definitely return for another visit.

Perfect getaway

Property was clean, had what we needed, plus had extras like beach chairs, towels, and umbrella which is a must if flying in. Had nice patio area and enclosed porch for bouts of rain. Manger was very responsive and helpful. Very short walk to beach and good proximity to shops and restaurants. Felt safe and comfortable in the area.

Amazing experience

The apartment was better than expected...large kitchen and bathroom, TVs in living room and bedroom, sun porch and outdoor patio, freshly renovated and fully stocked with bathroom supplies and beach goodies like coolers, chairs, etc. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach on a quiet side street. Matt and Jen were consummate hosts with great communication before and after we arrived, and accommodated all our requests. We felt like we were "home" and didn't want to leave! CVS, restaurants and shopping were a few blocks down Mandalay Rd., and nothing but sand and quiet residential areas in the other direction. A experience.

Perfect little beach cottage!

We had an amazing stay at this little beach cottage. It was even better in person. We were so happy when we arrived and looked around the space. It was adorable, clean, comfortable and bigger than anticipated. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was super close to the beach ( maybe a two to three minute walk) and we enjoyed the chairs that were provided, plus access to the hose right out front so we could rinse off, ourselves and the chairs before going back inside. We also enjoyed the patio space and the little table outside. My son and his wife met us there to spend a day on the beach with us, and they loved the space too, and took down info to rent the cottage for themselves in the future. I would highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage.

Love this cottage!

We have stayed at this location multiple times and will return. They aren’t lying when they say steps from the beach. We always come back because we can walk to everything - great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. The cottage itself is great and property management was quick to get back to me when I needed anything. We highly recommend! Hey Matt, any discounts for when we come back next year? 😁

Fantastic Location

Better than the pictures show!! Being on the North Beach side was such a wonderful surprise at how quiet and uncrowded the beach was. Truly walk two houses down to the end of the dead end street and you are on the sand. The layout of this beach bungalow was perfect for us. Thankful to the owners for the easy to carry beach chairs ready for our use. We loved our stay on Cambria St and would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay in this beach side cottage.Only two of us in the group but I would say the cottage would sleep 4 comfortably.Plenty of room and the bed is very comfortable.Plenty of Utensils for cooking but no oil or salt and pepper.The location is perfect. I didn’t even put my sandals on to walk to the beach.The local dive bar called shipwrecked is a great spot to meet the locals and enjoy a cold beer at the end of the day.The street has free parking which is rare in Clearwater. The north side of Clearwater beach is much more relaxed than the south side of the beach and in my opinion more enjoyable.Less than a mile walk to the pier so it was close enough to head to the south end of the beach if you’d like to explore that end where there is a huge selection of restaurants.Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed stay with sun, beach and fun. We will definitely be returning to Clearwater in the future and will stay in this cottage.
