Charming, newly reno 1Bdrm condo, minutes from beautiful Clearwater Beach
Breathe, Relax and Unwind in a coastal feeling, cozy and spacious condo (730 sqft - 68sqm) in the "Avalon at Clearwater" gated community. Easy to access from both Tampa International Airport (25 min) and St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport (15 min). Sleeps 2, contact owner for specific needs.
Situated 8 to 10 minutes of relaxed driving to the famous Clearwater Beach (ranked No1. in the US and one of the top 10 beaches in the world) the condo features a spacious living room adjacent to an open concept kitchen and dinette. Cabinets contain glassware, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.
In the living area there is a love-seat and a sleeper sofa bed. For your entertainment there is a 55 inch Smart HDTV and WiFi internet. A second 43inch TV is installed in the bedroom. You could used your favorite streaming app (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon PrimeVideo etc) to watch your favorite shows in the king size bed comfort.
The bathroom is fully renovated and yields to a good size walk-in closet for your suitcases and hanged clothes. Laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
King size bed in the bedroom with Beautyrest mattress. Linens, pillows, bath towels and hair dryer are provided.
The garden-facing balcony, equipped with patio furniture, allows you to enjoy the gentle warmth of the evenings.
The complex has numerous places to park your car. There are no designated spots so park wherever you want. The building is very conveniently placed near the clubhouse and the heated (if needed) salt water pool. The condo is on the building side opposite to the pool so you are perfectly insulated from whatever little noise the pool/barbecue area might generate.
Across the street there is a "Publix" supermarket. 24/7 Walmart is 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. "Abe's Place Tap & Grill" restaurant is right next door and the bus stop right in front.
Cycling enthusiast, bring over your bicycles to enjoy the "Pinellas Trail"!
Must be over 25 to book. NO PETS, whether large, small, cats, dogs, hamsters, lizards or anything else.
Guests will be required to fill in the condo association short term rental form prior to receive check in instructions and door code access.

Great stay!
My wife and I stayed at this property for two weeks while we help my father in law rebuild after losing his home and contents to hurricane Helene.
First of all Ted was great to communicate. Very timely with very clear directions and instructions.
The condo is located in a great location. Very close to everything we needed to do
Also the gated community provided more safety.
Property was exactly as described on VRBO.
Being on the second floor it was incredibly quiet which was welcomed after a long day at work.
We didn’t use the pool or gym but they both looked very clean and very convenient.
Lastly I will say everyone I came in contact with in the complex were super friendly and helpful.
Will stay there again in the near future.

Clearwater getaway
Property as described- Owners were always available for questions. Location was central to all our trips ie: Tropicana Field, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach. Easy to get to from Tampa international airport. Pool on property was large and clean. If in Clearwater would stay again.

Beautiful place near the beach+
The condo is exactly as pictured and very clean! The owners are wonderful about being helpful and communication. We definitely will be back! Grocery store is right across the street. And the pool is perfection!

Positiv:
- Vermieter ist sehr kommunikativ und immer erreichbar.
- Strandstühle + Schirm werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
- Pool ist gewärmt.
Alles in allem war unser Augenhalt OK (9 Tage).. Wohnung + Pool kommen auf den Bildern größer rüber als es wirklich ist. Die Anlage scheint keinen Service zu haben da das Gelände und Flure in die Jahre gekommen sind.
Verbesserungsvorschlag:
Die Haustür sollte eine bessere Verrieglung / Sicherung haben. Das könnte zb. zusätzlich ein Stallriegel sein. Der Balkon sollte mal grundgesäubert werden. Hat zwar Möbel, sind jedoch arg in die Jahre gekommen.
