Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, private patio, and access to a heated pool & fitness center. Your ideal Florida retreat awaits!

Step into a bright, clean, and colorful space designed for relaxation and convenience. Whether you're a traveling professional or on vacation, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

- Bedroom: Unwind in a spacious room featuring a plush King bed, a vanity, dresser, and a full-length mirror. A TV is included for your entertainment.
- Living Room: The cozy living area includes a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa for extra guests and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows (please use your own accounts).
- Kitchen & Dining: Prepare meals with ease in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a 12-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware. Enjoy your creations at the dining table with seating for four.
- Private Patio: Sip your morning coffee or an evening drink at the bistro table on your own private patio.
- Beach Gear: We provide beach towels, chairs, and a bag, conveniently stored in a private locker for your beach days.
- Conveniences: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use.

By booking this property, you agree to the following terms:

*Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:
Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

Here are the early check-in options if available:
1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out:
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate

This option will be offered based on availability, starting five days before check-in. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.
Fees help us maintain a seamless schedule for our cleaning team and ensure the best stay experience for all guests.

*Administration Fee
The $89 "Administration Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $500 in accidental damages. It does not cover negligence. or pet damage.**

*Club Fee
A mandatory HOA/club fee applies and is paid directly to the resort. This fee grants you access to all community amenities (pools, gym, clubhouse, etc.).

*PET FEE*
Small, non aggressive dogs are allowed on site for a $35 per night fee.

*GUEST VERIFICATION
To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property.
Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.
**Please complete both the verification and the agreement within 48 hours of booking to facilitate a quick and seamless check-in.**

For compliance with local guest registration requirements, all guests will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID through our secure third-party system, Truvi, after booking is confirmed.
