Being right on the beach on first floor was fabulous! Pool was great and looked great after being redone! Onsite parking spot was so convenient and reaching property manager was very easy, replied promptly. Would stay again!!

Great location

The location was wonderful! Walking distance to everything and the beach was beautiful! Only bad thing is the beds are really hard and squeeky. The sound of the traffic was loud along with the people yelling because you are right along a busy street. The baseboards and floors were a little yucky too but other than that it was great!

The condo was very nice and clean. Perfect location to beach and Johns Pass. Only negative thing was the bed was not comfortable. Other than that i will definitely be back.

Definitely will go back again. Perfect location and within walking distance to many places, especially John’s Pass. Condo had everything we needed and was cozy. We will be back to visit again!!!!!!!

Loved it!

We had a hard time figuring out how to get the elevator and how to get into the room because of the codes, but other guests were nearby and gave us instructions. Other than that, there were no issues and we had a great time! Loved the condo and the location. We didn't have a vehicle but everything we needed was within walking distance. Would definately stay here again.

Family vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo! The location was perfect for our family with direct beach access and close by dining and shopping. There was some confusion at checkin- the email instructed to go to the office for parking pass which closes at 3 on Sundays but checkin isn’t until 4. The parking pass was waiting in the condo so not a big deal but a little frustrating after traveling all day.

Great spot for lots to do for party or water sports, maybe not a relaxing babymoon

Overall it was a clean and nice spot right on the water and across from plenty to do if you don’t want to go to the beach or pool. I would not reccomend going here with an infant under 2. It was very loud with cars on the road and different parties of people having their good time. Just difficult for a young person sleep schedule and night time routine. But we loved the view and being next to John’s pass for activities. Would be prefect for couples or family’s for beach activities and access to Johns pass across the street. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets felt like plastic. But for a short weekend it was torlerable kinda. Tv in the main living area was just cable changes. Not a smart tv with the app options. We were still able to find movies to watch in the evening to wind down but not our baby’s typical shows during his wake hours.

On the beach

Very clean 1br 2 bed condo w balcony looking at beach on Madiera Beach. Walk to st johns pass for gift shopping and eateries. Otherwise many eateries are within a short jaunt. Publix is within few miles. Beds are very firm.... i would stay again. Grounds are kept clean.

Room Updates

The stay was great. Nice area and very convenient. The room however needs to be updated. The fabric on the furniture is very worn and dingy. The bedroom window needs to be replaced. You can hear every noise outside which made sleep restless.

Nice place, great location

The condo had everything we needed and then some. The only issues were: the listing states there is a washer and dryer. However, it is a community laundry for the entire building on another floor. Also, there was only one elevator and it was notoriously slow. We sometimes waited 10 minutes.

Freight train!!!

Location and room was satisfactory but we should have been notified that the room above us was under restoration. Constant banging and power equipment running all week long until 11 pm and some nights 12am. Crazy will not book this unit again.
