Clean and nice condo

The condo was nice, roomy and clean, however the area is still recovering from the hurricane so the beach wasn't always as available as we were hoping and some establishments were not open. If your looking for a nice place to stay with no frills, on the beach this place is ideal!

Convenient location

The area had been hit hard by the hurricane; however, they are making a lot of advancements to getting it back in order. They were working on the building during our stay; however, we weren’t inconvenienced by it. Beach was beautiful and a real treat! Dolphins were swimming around and saying “hello” too. Owner is fabulous to work with and extremely responsive.

On the beach

We had a very nice day at this rental property. The condo was clean and spacious, and it was located right on the beach. The Vrbo listing accurately depicted the condo. The views were amazing, especially the sunset views. The only drawback was the elevator kept getting stuck and the lobby and pool were under construction which we were aware of prior to coming due to the hurricane damage, despite that we had a wonderful time. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Madeira Beach.

We had a lovely extended stay at this condo. The condo is well maintained, and Samuel is very responsive to any needs or questions. While there he replaced the living area TV with a larger TV & replaced the dishwasher. Washer/dryer are very new as well. We love Madeira beach, & the location of this condo is fantastic. Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay. The view was amazing each day. The condo is very clean. Our first day there the elevator was not working-Samuel was very easy to get ahold of and called to make sure the manager of the complex knew. The provided beach chairs and toys were a huge plus! We really enjoyed that this was located a bit further from John’s Pass. In the past we always stayed closer to the bridge, but we liked being a bit further away and walking the beach to shop or eat. The other guests in the complex were mainly retired couples so we enjoyed the quiet. Highly recommend if you are looking forward to a relaxing vacation with a beautiful view!

Very nice condo

Stay in condo 301 at the kima resort 8/25 -9/1,the condo was very nice and clean,as well as updated,loved that there was no carpet anywhere,beds were nice,at least my king size bed in the master bedroom was,we have stayed at the kima for several years now although there are many other resorts in the area to choose from,we did choose this condo because the owner offered a nice discount the week we were there,i did speak with the owner mr. Samuel kabbash,he seemed very nice,there were no problems with the booking process and as iam writing this my damage deposite is being refunded,also the condo was fully equipped with cook ware,dishes,washer dryer,iron,ect.,thanks for letting us share your condo,Randy

Awesome week on the Beach

This condo on the beach has the best balcony ever. It is a corner unit with the south end of the balcony giving a view down the entire beach.The balcony furniture is plentiful and comfortable. Beach towels and chairs being provided with the rental is a definite plus. Great location, close to everything but not in the crowded areas. Very short walk to beach, the pool is refreshing after a hot afternoon on the beach and is on the side of the building offering some shaded areas. The unit was clean, the appliances are in good condition, communication with the owner was easy and courteous. Beds and linens were comfortable. Having an assigned parking space was also a big plus. The only slight negative is that the elevator is very slow, but it didn't bother us, we were on "beach time"! We 4 sisters had a wonderful week at this Madeira Beach condo.

MADEIRA BEACH MUST

If you're looking for an excellent getaway, this is it. The property was clean, spacious, beachfront with great views of the ocean and sunsets from the large balcony. The owner was very accommodating. There were two beach chairs provided but when I asked him if it was possible to arrange for two additional chairs he deliverd two new chairs. The only negative wias the shared property barbeque. There was one gas grill that looked like it hadn't been used in years. Fortunately, there was a charcoal grill but the grills were located next to the recycling bins on the side of the building, making for an unappealing environment. Overall, we would rent this property again wihtout hesitation.

Couldn't have picked a better location.

This condo is absolutely perfect. Corner unit, and very quiet (in spite of some road construction.) The view of the gulf is stunning, and you can see it from pretty much anywhere you stand in the unit (with the exception of the front bedroom, where our two children did not spend much time with their eyes open.) The beach is gorgeous - very clean with cabanas and chairs available for a small fee. There are chairs available in the condo, along with some beach toys that we all enjoyed. We even saw dolphins early in the morning from our balcony, and captured the sunset each evening from the same location. The unit was very clean, with little signs of wear. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms roomy. We had everything we needed for a beach vacation for a family of four. Samuel is a great communicator and there were absolutely no issues. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great View but need a more accurate description and details.

This was our 1st time staying here.. The Condo is large and has a great view. We did not need the front bedroom but you could hear the noise and see the lights from the busy Street. We were also not informed you have to pay $25.00 a day for Chairs and Umbrella. We usually drive and have them or if we fly the Condo supplies all beach items. We also were not informed of the loud construction going on directly next door in another building. Thank goodness we were at the beach during much of their working time. The Matress needs to be replaced it is do soft you sink and can barely turn over.. It is in a great location, easy access to just about everything. Stocked Kitchen as far as appliances, utensils and dishes go and has a Washer and Dryer. The balcony is amazingly big with spectacular views. You have to weigh the pros and cons.

Amazing Stay!!!!

This was the most comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it never felt cramped. The married couple stayed in the front room and pushed the twins together. I stayed in the master/king bed with the two young ones and my adult nephew slept on the larger of the two sofas. The Balcony overlooking the ocean was also comfortable with plush seating and a dining table. It is a relatively small complex, which we like. Everyone is assigned a parking space. This part of the beach was filled with vacationing families. The children loved the pool area as well. It was easy to get to all area attractions. We went to John's Pass a couple of times. The kitchen was comfortable and having laundry in the condo made all the difference. We had to communicate with owner once. He answered right a way and was very accommodating. The room was clean with plenty of linens. you don't even need to pack beach towels, toys, chairs etc. The rental chairs and umbrellas beachside are more affordable than other places at $150. a week for 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. The chairs are comfortable and easy to move. The beach is right outside the back of condo. No long walk to the water. The entry is easy and the water is crystal clear. We swam to the sand bar everyday to look for sand dollars. We will be back!!!

Need to know

To clarify, we owned vacation rentals in the wine country hence a different standard of rental. My review is based on past reviews of this property. This, due to the level of other properties we stayed in visiting Florida over the past 4 years. Overall the condo met our needs (two adults) with the view, convenient location, non-smoking building, kitchen, laundry and included beach items. Below adds some details. 1) The view from the balcony is wonderful. The furniture cushions on the balcony need help. 2) The entire building, including the balcony, is a "smoke free" zone which is wonderful! 3) Kitchen has appliances but lacks a few detail items i.e. cookie sheets etc. The drip coffee maker is basic, old, with no automatic shutoff. If you use the drip, be sure to turn it off after use. There were coffee filters which was nice. There is a keurig, we did not use. 4) Washer and dryer were easy to use. Some detergent offered. We brought detergent "sheets" purchased on amazon. 5) Three low beach chairs (rusted, dirty) and three standard foldable chairs. There are nice, large, beach towels in the condo and some kids, beach toys. We purchased, and left at the condo, a nice, 7.5' beach umbrella with an auger. Auger allows you to screw into the sand just be gentle when screwing in or the auger handles it will break. Ask the owner for the door code to the stairs. This is faster than the elevator (elevator for heavy stuff) and easy if you can climb 3 easy flights.

The condo had everything for our vacation needs. From a fully equipped kitchen to all the supplies we needed for beach days. The balcony had the perfect view of sunsets every night. Checking in was easy and our host was easily reachable for that process. Having a washer and drier was key for all the beach towels and bringing home clean laundry at the end or our stay! The location was perfect and walking distance to johns pass. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation!

Phenomenal Beach View

The view from the balcony was outstanding and proximity to the surf and sand amazing. Overall, the condo had everything it said it did and no bugs. The pictures online didn’t depict several items. The condo needs serious updating outside of the refrigerator and microwave. The couches were very old, worn, and uncomfortable because the seat cushions sank into the couch so low we could not sit on them making it difficult to get up. The bed is great for someone that likes an extremely soft bed. The cushions on the chairs of the table to eat on were spotted and dirty. The cushions outside on the balcony were dirty and stained so we were glad for the two plastic seats to sit on. The towels were very worn because many of them had threads coming off. Again, the beach view was worth the stay along with the fact that the place had been cleaned and smelled clean upon entry.
