This property is so cute and clean! It was peaceful and relaxing. It was well stocked with the things you might need - kitchen utensils, coffee pot towls etc. It was amazing!! It felt like home

Exquisite Beach was definitely exquisite

Me and my husband were traveling all the way from Ohio. We were looking for a place that was affordable and a good neighborhood and close to the beach. We found everything we were looking for here. The neighborhood is a quiet retirement Community. Vadim take such good care of his properties and was very pleasant and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and check in was easy. Equiped with almost everything you would need to feel like at home. Good water pressure. Good AC. Microwave could use an update. Very poorly soundproofed. I woek in thaz fieldm..

Great Location

Vadim goes out of his way to ensure your stay is comfortable. My unit had all the amenities one would need for an extended stay. Location is a short walk to the beach.

Spring Break with Family

Affordable option for family of four. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We also utilized the kitchen for breakfast and snacks.

Perfect getaway

We were just looking for a reasonably-priced place to spend a couple of nights away at the beach. This place was perfect. Very clean. Easy check-in. Short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions. If I'm in this area again, I will definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful place!!!

We just finished a weekend stay and everything was great! The bed was super comfortable (it's a memory foam mattress), the place was clean, and it was less than 400 steps from the room to the sand. Vadim was very responsive with any questions, which were mainly about doing an early check in and late check out. We'd definitely book this place again.

Nice location

This spot was a nice location for our family. It was a short walk to the beach. The check-in process was easy and property manager was easy to reach if needed. Our only complaint would be the fold out bed mattress...it was incredibly uncomfortable. The bed mattress was much nicer.

Sweet location with beach 250 feet away

Great place to spend a couple of weeks. Very Comfortable! Literally, The only thing we would’ve liked better is if it had a bigger shower! The decor was very cute. The people that were the other guests were amazing there wasn’t anything you could’ve wanted that wasn’t available and very close. You might want to bring your Keurig.

Nice Getaway

Easy to find, studio “G” was just as described, except steps to the beach means walking about 2 blocks across main road to the public beach access. This was the only thing, I thought it was a lot closer for my husband to get to but it wasn’t. We the Indian Rocks, we will be back!

Such a fun mini-vacation!

My husband and I used to visit Indian Rocks Beach when we were in College back in the late 70's. My what a change 45-50 years make!! ha ha..... It is such an awesome little town. We came because my grandson had his 1st "All Star" baseball game at the Indian Rocks baseball field (walking distance from our VRBO.) Now we want to return to Indian Rocks to visit the many restaurants and spend more time on the beach and in the enjoyable, warm gulf waters!! The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and roomy! The bed and hide a bed were very comfortable! The TV could be angled in any direction and the AC was quiet and very worked well!!! The owners supplied everything you could possibly need and a very easy walk to the beach. They supplied beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, pack-n-play an even a high chair! Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in was super simple. I loved the little privacy fenced porch off the back of our unit, and there was a very nice grassy area to walk my pups! The weather was perfect, and there was a nice gulf breeze. The unit had a really nice sitting area outside in the front with a nice gas grill! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

I’m from the area, I’ve stayed at many places in Indian shores, Indian rocks, Clearwater, siesta key, etc. I would not recommend this unless your under a time constraint. The place was okay. Wasn’t the cleanest but the bathroom and kitchen were nice. Decor was odd. Back porch was dirty. Hall of the grout work in the tiles looked dirty. Check in was really easy besides parking. Originally the parking spot given to us, spot G literally had my car sticking out into the street. The property manager did fix this issue quickly. My only other issue was that the property manager wouldn’t answer my questions until after I paid for the place and didn’t answer anything until right before my trip was. Other than that the trip was great. Food in the area is okay, nothing amazing. The beach was beautiful, as always. Would recommend to book your trip far in advanced, spend a little more $$, and get a place on the water or something much more luxurious. The on the water condos and homes in area are worth it. The views are amazing.

Our Getaway

My husband and i just wanted to get away for a few days and relax in the sun and on the beach..We did not want a crowd and Indian Rocks Beach was just the ticket....Our studio was very clean and beautifully decorated with a seaside theme...Hats off too the decorater...the beach was indeed just a few min. walk from the studio the sand was white and the water turquoise the sunsets were spectacular..we will def. come again.

Charming beach apartment

Lovely, well decorated apartment near the beach with all amenities needed. You do have to cross a fairly busy street to get to a very nice beach though. Nice restaurants within walking distance.
