The Space:

Soft coastal light filters through the living room as you settle onto the comfy sofa, and the gentle hum of a Florida breeze drifts in from the screened‑in tiki patio. Evenings stretch out calmly under the warm sky, the pool glimmering nearby and the fire pit ready for quiet conversations. You’ll feel the relaxed rhythm of Largo the moment you step onto the private entrance, a perfect balance of indoor comfort and outdoor ease.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. A queen bed awaits in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. A twin air mattress provides an extra sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for convenient access.



Living areas

The open living room invites you to unwind with tropical ocean‑inspired décor and a Smart TV. High‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected, and air‑conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant temperature year‑round. Comfortable seating flows into an open‑concept dining space, ideal for sharing meals or planning the day ahead.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The adjacent dining area offers ample room for meals, and you can easily carry dishes out to the patio for al fresco dining.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened‑in tiki patio, where a pool and outdoor dining table await under the Florida sun. The fully fenced backyard adds privacy and features plenty of lounge seating plus a fire pit for relaxed evenings. Beach essentials are provided, making it simple to head to the nearby shores of Clearwater or Sand Key.



Amenities

You’ll find washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades for a restful stay. Free parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in is handled by a smart lock, and the home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Downtown Largo. The beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key are just a short drive away, and local attractions are within reach, giving you the freedom to enjoy both peaceful downtime and vibrant exploration.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
