Awesome Community
The property was in a great townhouse community. It's located centrally in the community and only a few seconds walk to the pool and about a minute walk to the lake. The owners were very easygoing and addressed the concerns we had immediately. I would/will definitely recommend this home to family and friends when they come to visit. We particularly loved early morning coffee walks to the lake/dock, and enjoyed the pool (most of the time to ourselves!) late morning/early afternoon. Thanks for a great stay!

Escape from central Indiana
We had a great time, honestly no complaints, property was clean, we were blessed with great weather. Very lucky to have found this property, our other reservation cancelled on us! Only issue we had was the dryer happened to go out before we arrived. Which life happens, beyond that we have plans to go back, affordable and conveniently located. Thanks guys!

Great property located in a quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood close to the beaches. The property is close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Tara and Ricardo were very understanding of our situation and were easy to communicate with.

Nice townhome with all the conveniences just a few minutes drive to the beach
We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhome was as advertised and is located in a nice respectful quiet community. The Seminole Lake Country Club and Beach were our favorite hang outs, which were both just a short drive away. There is a nice clean nail place in a plaza located a few steps away which is convenient. Many restaurants and stores all close by. It was a home away from home.

Super appartement.
Nice clean house close to all you might need for a great vacation. Close to the beach but also only 30 min from Tampa. Nice quiet neighborhood and stores not to far away. Me and my son had a great time for sure we are going looking for this house next time
