When I booked the room, it stated that it comes with a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff mentioned it was a way that Expedia attempts to promote the rooms. As a result, we did not get a room with balcony. It was such a disappointment. In addition, they did not send staff over to clean the room the next day.

Overall, our stay for nine days was very good. We went down for March break and stayed in Dunedin so that we could see the Toronto Blue Jays play baseball.. this is a great hotel, and we highly recommend it.

I didn’t like that the room they gave me was a pet friendly room and I could smell dog in the bedspread/sheets and pet hair got on my clean clothes from the bedspread.

Hello, All Hampton Inns are pet friendly per Hiton. We cannot set a set floor for pet friendly rooms to be on. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Our front desk is always happy to assist when issues like this arise.

After a very long day of travel after numerous delays, the computer system at the hotel was down so we were unable to check in. We finally were able to an hour later. The room was never cleaned (5 night stay). The first day we did not need to have it cleaned since we didn't check in until 8PM. The second day, it was after 4 PM when we returned to the room and it was never cleaned. The third day, there was no maid service for the entire facility due to a staffing shortage. After obtaining clean towels and toilet paper, they assured us it would be done the next day. It was not. Very poor service except for breakfast which was excellent.

The Breakfast area was very well maintaind, clean, and friendly staff. There was one lady in particular who showed excellent servive and care to detail. I believe her name started with an H and she was always the very earliest to get everything ready. Many cudos ro her.

Brea fast was good. Too cold inside. Sink stopper was broken; daughter fixed it. Housekeeping came in after we put Sleep sign out. Beautiful breakfast and sitting area with modern decor!

Very close to beautiful Caladesi
We stayed just a one night. Check in was so very pleasant and we were warmly welcomed; checked in expediently. The unit was clean, though areas of “wear”-an old “rickety” flush handle for instance-were evident. We had a king balcony room which was very spacious. Huge complaint is very thin, rough towels.
