Pool heating: We charge $50 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees with 48 hours notice in advance.
However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

***HOUSE RULES:
Guest Limit: Up to 10 guests only, unless pre-approved.

No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited.

Extra Guests: Inform us beforehand – additional fees may apply.

Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 9 AM. No large speakers or fireworks outdoors. Respect neighbors and don’t trespass. If a ball goes over the fence, contact us instead of disturbing neighbors.

No Smoking/Vaping: Anywhere on the property – $500 fine for violations.

Grill Use: Only use propane, no charcoal – damages will incur replacement costs.

Fire Safety: Turn off propane after use. Never use charcoal or lighter fluid – $500 fine.

Trash: Bag all trash and use garbage bins – no loose items or bags left outside.

Damages: Report accidents or stains right away.

Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges.

Check-Out: 10 AM sharp. Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes.

Penalties: Violations (e.g., noise, extra guests, parking issues, tampering with security, or community disruption) may result in fines up to $1000 and/or reservation cancellation.
