We loved this unit! Sandy Beach was fantastic to work with and took good care of us! The unit was perfect! Only reason they’re not receiving a 5 star review is because the pool was having issues. Its cooling unit was not working so the temp in the pool was 90 degrees! Not very refreshing when the temp outside the pool was in the 90’s as well! lol! Outside of that hiccup, everything was great! We would stay here again!

Good location, great view & clean property!

Overall a very nice unit. Very clean and good space. Positives: great location to walk to St Pete Beach (a little over a mile). Unit was very clean and the living room furniture was comfortable. Barstools were solid. Good water pressure in both showers. Pool and grounds are very nice. Lots of good places to walk. Management company was great. Internet worked well. Negatives: king bed frame is very squeaky and a bit wobbly. Made me nervous. Patio furniture could be nicer (like a high top table & chairs) so you could eat & spend more time out there. There’s no fitness center on site.
