Photos tell a different story…

The house is spacious and well decorated as shown in photos. The yard is not fenced in and smaller than it appears in photos. There were some cleaning issues and lots of wear and tear items in the home. The pool was great and loved that I could take my dog along and the neighborhood was great for walking. Location good for shopping and dining.

Upon arrival the bedsheets had hair and the dishes were not clean. The trash can was full so there was no place to put our garbage. The property manager promised to send a cleaning crew but never did. The property manager offered a nominal partial refund but it we felt it wasn’t sufficient given the effort necessary to make the property comfortable. Valued property, this rental should cost half what they charge. They put up a safety fence around the pool, which was thoughtful.

Beautiful home near downtown Palm Harbor

Excellent stay! This is a beautiful renovated home on a very quiet peaceful lot. I stayed there just a few days while my roof was being replaced at my home, as i thought the noise from the workers would stress out my pets too much.
