Some of the sleeping arrangements are semi private , there are two couches that open to beds, a full bed , a queen bed, a king bed, and one air mattress.

$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets . May approve additional pet depending on the breed, weight, size.
All rent is due at the time of booking
.Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
I also have a guest house on the property that can be rented thru VRBO (see below) . The courtyard is a shared courtyard with two grills plenty of seating . Many travelers book both homes when available .
