Missing a five star just from cleanliness
Location, decoration/interior, communication, responsiveness, check in process, amenities, etc were spot on! Missing one star for cleanliness. Floors were very dirty, some hair in bathroom. We did not contact the PM because it was such a quick stay, but are fairly certain they would have responded quickly. Would stay here again.
