  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Fantastic in Florida!

We had the best time at The Friendly Native condos. It’s a perfect location & with all the free ride services, we didn’t have to worry about anything! Would definitely recommend & plan on coming back!

Beautiful St. Pete Beach.

This was our first vacation to St. Pete Beach. We loved the area and would return again. The condo was in a good location and is in close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious for the three of us.

Great location! Definitely dated throughout but for the money it's ideal. You can walk to many restaurants/bars and shops. Good communication. Would stay again.

Perfect location

Property was as described clean and well-maintained fully furnished it had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. My only complain is it did get a little noisy at night from the below and above floors on a few nights but nothing that would keep me from coming back.

Wonderful Family Spring Break

The unit is perfectly sized and on the pool side of Friendly Native. Has everything you need and matches the description. There is a closet with beach/pool necessities from past renters that made life very easy. We will return and rent this unit again.

Great stay in St. Pete's for medium size family

Perfect location right across the street from beach access, comfortable beds with plenty of towels and a fan in each bedroom if needed. Some basic beach gear is in the utility closet and the kitchen is well appointed although you will be hand washing dishes. Everyone had a great time, will certainly consider this property again when visiting in the future.

Great Location

Beds were comfortable. Great location to walk to the beach, food and shops. Our contact was wonderful and very quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay again. My only recommendation is a cover on the couch that appears a bit older.

Cozy and Convenient and Clean

We have stayed at the Friendly Native before but not at this unit! It was excellent! Had breakfast by the window every morning at the high top. The layout was great and the location was fantastic! So convenient to be at the pool or Gulf in a matter of minutes! We will definitely be back!

Awesome place

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. It was very close to the beach and the pool was always clean and empty. It was close to local shops. I think the room needs a bit of updated - no more carpets and more of an open concept look- but it was big enough for my family. Thank you.

Great location on this cozy condo overlooking the pool. There's a small ocean view, as well. The condo is older, and a bit outdated, but was clean and well equipped. You can definitely hear your neighbors through the floors/ceiling. The beach is just across the street and lots of restaurants/bars just a few blocks away.
