These units are located in the cute, quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach and are within walking distance of several local stops, shops, and restaurants. This property has a total of seven units with two of them (Units B & C) adjoining 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units which can be turned into one large unit through double doors in each dining room. Great for groups and families vacationing together but wanting their separate living and sleeping quarters. Check out our other listings at Sand Isle II.

Make this beautiful, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, gulf-front condo your home away from home! Enjoy direct water and beach views from the living space or balcony. The beautiful sun sets directly in front of these units and you can also watch dolphins out in the water.

**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking full meals, has a coffee pot, blender, dishwasher, and two bar stools at the breakfast counter. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: The dining room has a four-top dining table plus two bar stools at the breakfast counter.

Living Area: The living room has a sleeper sofa, large entertainment center, books, and windows with a Gulf view as well as a balcony with a dining table, beach lounger, and great Gulf front view. With this unit being a corner unit there is plenty of natural light throughout and has a corner balcony view.

Bedroom #1: The Master Bedroom features a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2: Has two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and stackable washer/dryer combo in one of the closets.

Bathroom #1 (en-suite): A full bathroom with tub and shower combo.

Bathroom #2: A full bathroom with tub and shower combo located in the hallway.

Outdoors: The complex has a shared space with gas grills, a shared refrigerator and freezer combo on the ground level, beach bar tiki hut that faces the pool. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool, tiki hut dining tables, private beach area has sun loungers that can be taken up to the surf each day, we just request that they be brought back at the end of each day.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 3rd floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 1 parking space. There is no guest parking.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

Hidden gem in Indian Rock Beach!

Very nice resort! Clean, comfortable beds (Not YOU, couch bed... but the others were A+!), Gorgeous & CLOSE view to of the beach! My wife and I have stayed on T.I. consistently for the past decade, but I do believe we're switching our fav locale simply due to the closeness of the condo to the water. Very pleased with our stay! 11/10 would recommend and we will be coming back! Thank you!!

Wonderful experience

It was a wonderful condo, they had all the amenities needed, great location with a heated pool. We were even able to grill out and enjoy the beach and pool. In a great location, within walking distance of plenty of shops to eat at, a cvs, a beach shop, and a delicious ice cream shop.

great corner unit in smaller complex

Overall stay was great and unit is amazing corner. It is a bit older and is starting to show some wear and tear but worked great for our family. Unit was clean and had all the necessities that we needed.

Property manager Nick was slow to respond questions regarding property. We were told we wouldn’t receive directions for gaining access to the property until our arrival day. Somewhat anxiety producing since we were traveling from Ohio. But we did get the information as promised. The unit was clean and comfortable. More than a few tiles in the main hallway from the entrance to the living room were loose and popped when stepped on. We felt like We were playing hop scotch to avoid them. It is located at the end of town so only very few shops to walk to. Overall an okay place. I’m not sure I would stay here again though.
