Pros: Excellent view - Great location - 10 minute walk to the beach - Appliances are great
Cons - Upon arrival we had no code or instructions on how to get up the elevator (We had to stand there for 10 minutes for someone to let us up. Once we went back out, we were locked out again until someone showed us how to access the elevator) - Room code doesn't work every time (we'd leave and comeback, type the code in and it would only work after the 3rd or 4th try) - The towels had holes in them, dirty towels, wet towels - Bathroom was dirty (my wife had to clean it) shower was dirty - hair was in the drawers in the bathroom - hair was on the lamp shades in the bedroom and living area - my wife woke up with hair in her head that was not hers after our first night there so we washed all the sheets and pillow cases - Hair/dirt/food was in the chairs in the living room (the cracks in the chairs are uncleaned) We requested the cleaners come back out and clean and upon their return, they only left new towels and wash clothes but not cleaning was done nor did they take the dirty ones. in fact, the dirty one were there our entire 6 day stay. By the time they came back, we'd bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the property. The pots and pans are not non stick so you'll need to watch your food as it cooks so that it doesn't stick to the pan - There is limited oven supplies to cook in - the ceiling fan on the balcony when you first walk out has a glitch in it. It would cut on and off by its self and the light would flicker on and off. Keep an eye on this as this is a fire hazard. The panel on the balcony door seem to be coming off - the bed is very uncomfortable (we woke up everyday with aches and pains) the bed is a mattress and box spring in one and is very soft. if you have back, leg or body issues, this bed will be a nightmare for you. The T.V. in the living room cuts off by its self while you're watching it -
Property manager Mick was very responsive. The issues above really placed a damper on our vacation. The sad part is, when these things happen, the property group doesn't offer anything for your issues. They'll get on the post to apologize to save face with future vacationers. I feel the cleaning fee should've been returned to us since we had to clean it ourselves.
If, this condo is cleaned properly and the above issues are fixed, it's a great place to stay. I hope and pray that you don't have to go through what we went through.
