Great house!

Wonderful spacious home! Super comfy beds. Immaculately clean. It was cold while we were on vacation so we didn’t get to use the pool. I didn’t realize we needed to pay per night for it to be heated. Totally my mistake though since it says it in the listing. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had a great stay!

This is the first time we stayed here, and it was a great property. The pool was a little chilly, but it didn't stop my kids from swimming every day. It is a very well maintained property and I appreciate the quiet street and proximity to amenities.

Family vacation

Nice and quiet house. My girls enjoyed the pool in the mornings and after a short drive the beach in the afternoon and evenings. Walmart is super close by and super convenient.

We came to celebrate my little girls 5th birthday along with a Disney day. The house was perfect size and we definitely made use of the coffee pot! Pool was great size and everything was so nice and clean. Definitely the easiest and most convenient stay!

Great place

The stay was good we didn’t realize until a few days prior that we had to pay additional cost for the heated pool which we did and then when we arrived, it didn’t seem to be working so after about six hours, my husband noticed that there were some lights that had gotten jammed in the filter so he removed them and then the heat started to come out unfortunately that meant that we were only able to use the pool for a few hours that evening and then, of course this morning, being check out

Beautiful pond across the street. Short drive to Madeira Beach. Close to Walmart, great breakfast restaurant and Texas Roadhouse. The only con was the bedroom doors have locks on the doors that need keys to get in if you accidentally lock yourself out but there are no keys.

Great location

The house was well equipped from the kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms. The bedroom beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had an antique piece of bedroom furniture in it. The pool was cold but the children didn't care. Beautiful pond across the street. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and Walmart. Would definitely rent this house again.

Needs a thorough cleaning.

The house has potential. It is set across the street from a lovely lake in a quiet neighborhood. But the house really needs a deep cleaning. The house is pretty dirty. Ceiling vents are disgusting. Dishware was sticking to shelves. So we chose not to use them. Beds were hard as a rock. But pillows were very flat. There was an overall smell throughout. Master bathroom didn't have a mirror or towel racks. The house served the purpose for us to stay close to our family and help with clean up from Hurricane Helene. But instead of having a place to come back to where we could relax after exhausting days, we just felt icky sitting/sleeping in the house.

Honestly, book a different property

The pool had not been cleaned, algae all over. We checked in Thurs and could not use pool until Sat afternoon. The lawn had not been mowed and in the back yard so.e areas had weeds a foot high. No mirror in smaller of the bathrooms. Drawers in larger bathroom were falling apart. A vanity placed in a closet is NOT a dresser. I couldn't even use it because the closet doors kept it from opening. I had to live out of my suitcases the entire time and as there was no chair or dresser in the bedroom, my suitcases had to be on the bed the entire time. The other 2 bedrooms also had furniture in the closets. There was room in all the rooms, why the pieces were placed in the closets made no sense. The pool lounge chair cushions were horribly mildewed as was the large pool innertube. I purchased 4 new innertubes and left at the property for future renters. The air-conditioning is fine for every area besides the 3rd separate bedroom. I had to purchase a fan.
