Our condo has everything you need to enjoy your extended stay with us! Our 30 day or longer stay is a requirement from Grand Venezia Resort. Our condo also includes a one car garage for ease of parking with a storage unit for your sporting and beach supplies. Storage unit size is 5 feet wide by 7 feet deep by 9 feet tall. No elevators in complex, so our ground floor is ideal! Located in the Grand Venezia Resort, a luxury gated condominium community on the beautiful Tampa Bay waterfront in Clearwater, Florida. Grand Venezia is located approximately 8 miles from Clearwater Beach and 16 miles west of Tampa International Airport.

Resort amenities include a $2M clubhouse with newly renovated heated swimming pool, cabanas, spa, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, a 1.5 mile waterfront walking trail, business center, picnic and grilling areas, and free car care center to wash and vacuum your vehicle.
