We liked that there was a lot to do for our grandsons. They had a great time. Most all of the staff that we encountered were helpful and pleasant. Beds are very comfortable and our room was actually bigger than we had anticipated. We were also happy with the price we paid for our stay. The resort is a bit dated as far as the rooms go and I wish there were more options for cheaper food while near the pools and beach. Needed to scan QR code on your phone to order from the food truck which makes it hard for kids to order. Overall we had a good time and probably would go back based on what you get vs what you pay.

First hotel room had no AC. It was completely broken- maintenance could not repair had to walk down to front desk and move shuffle items to a new room which was just as dank, damp water dripping from the ceiling onto the bathroom floor. Unsafe, filthy. sheets were dirty it was after midnight by the time everything was shuffled to the new room contemplated sleeping in the car in the parking lot next morning went down for wristbands waited over 20 minutes. No one ever showed up at the counter, I was directed to multiple times had inquired with other staff members and they kept saying oh she went to the bathroom. She’ll be right back so not convenient finally someone at the front desk anssisted and gave me a few wristbands out of the drawer so I didn’t have to wait any longer. Excellent proximity to the beach that’s all the good. I have to say about it.
