• Dogs are allowed at this cottage for a $100 per pup non-refundable fee. Limit 2 pups.
• Parking space for 2 (two) vehicles in front of the house.
• 3.3 miles to East Beach Coast Guard Access, 3.6 miles to the Pier, Village & Lighthouse, .7 miles to Harris Teeter (closest grocery), 2.1 miles to Sea Palms Golf Center
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to expect in your unit:
• There are 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bag. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
