  • Located on the Southend of Saint Simons Island, our home offers a comfortable stay for both short-term and long-term guests! With all the comforts of home - including a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and smart TVs. You and your guests will have king, queen and 2 twin beds to choose from as you get settled in.

    Grab one of our beach chairs and towels and take a quick walk to the beach or relax in the large backyard with Family or Friends under the covered patio. Visit nearby Pier Village for wonderful eats & treats, shopping, and gathering on the pier. Don't miss the Saint Simons lighthouse, playground and picnic areas!

    The pet fee is $250 per stay. Please message us if you need to include an additional dog.....we know some of y'all are fortunate to have more than one!

Wendy was very nice and it was a pleasure to meet her. We had a little AC problem and she took care of it immediately. The house was perfect for us and our little blind schnauzer Charlie.

Everything was as described and expected. Nice neighborhood that was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had to drive to the supermarket, but otherwise it was a very convenient location. The back yard and sitting porch were just right for us and the pets. The WIFI and TV were also good. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks to Wendy the host for being readily available if needed. The electronic door lock gave us some trouble because you couldn’t see the numbers, but when we got used to where to touch the first number it worked fine thereafter.

Wendy's place was great for our family vacation (4 adults & 1 child). Very comfortable home that feels well cared for, with details like the backyard bird feeder and plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon. We didn't end up cooking during our stay, but the kitchen appeared well stocked. If we had stayed longer we might have rented bikes, however the neighborhood was easily walkable, 10 mins walk to the beach or Pier Village.

We absolutely loved our time here! It’s a great location and the house is amazing. We had a fire almost every night. I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend!

This was our 9th visit to Saint Simons Island, and we had a great stay at Wendy’s property. The location was good- an easy walk to the village and beach. The yard was great for the dogs and the house itself was very comfortable. Wendy was very responsive to resolve the two small issues we had. Would definitely stay at her house again!

Wendy was a wonderful host, the house was beautiful, well-appointed, and generously supplied. We had a problem with the door code when we arrived -- the problem was us, not the code -- and Wendy arrived w/in ten minutes and was most gracious about it.

This was our 7th year staying on SSI. Wendy's place was one of our favorites! The location is great, it was clean, and had plenty of room for us and three teens. We cook a lot and this is the first place we've stayed at that actually had pots and pans in great condition! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy, as well as the bedding. Wendy was such a great host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place!

House was just as listed. Fenced backyard was private and perfect for our pup. We loved this place! Wendy was amazing! She was always quick to respond and always pleasant. We will come back anytime we are traveling to St Simon's. Thank you Wendy!

Great location and comfortable stay

Wendy was a great host and easy to communicate with. She even offered to mail us literature about the area. The home is very spacious and just as described. The backyard was great for our dog. You could walk everywhere!

Spring Break Vacation

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Wendy was an outstanding host, responsive, friendly and kind. The place had everything we needed and was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go.
