Quiet relaxed neighborhood. Enjoyed being able to relax at the pool if we weren’t feeling a beach day. We’ve been visiting the island for 15 years now and this is one of our better stays. Only thing I would have upgraded is the shower heads. Everything else was great! Nice location, not a far drive to the pier and shops.

Nice washer and dryer, I loved the AC sun room. Nice living room, The entire place had a great AC. Wonderful location very quiet to sleep good at night, with a nice community swimming pool. This place is EXACTLY as pictured and described. It's spacious and clean and quiet! So much better than a hotel room, and very reasonably priced!! Kitchen was perfect to cook and bake in when we wanted. Stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets, serveware, toaster, blender, and coffee pot. Laundry room was so nice to have! Host provided 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tablets, dish soap, a brand new sponge, bar soap for the bathrooms, plenty of towels, extra pillows, and plenty of hangers in the spacious closets. My son liked having his own TV in his room to watch Scooby Doo before bedtime! Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed having access to the pickleball/tennis court and played multiple times. Host responded to questions in a timely manner! Absolutely loved St. Simons Island! Highly recommend and would stay here again!
