The large pool area and backyard space along with multi-level porches provide guests with incredible marsh views... especially sunrises!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

High Tide is a custom built home with all the features guests will enjoy. The fully stocked chef's kitchen has plenty of space for guests to prepare meals and enjoy the expansive views of the marsh and the ocean. The open floor living plan is perfect for families and groups to gather and spend time time playing games or watching a movie on the large HD Smart TV. On the ground level, guests will find a second den area with an HD Smart TV, poolside bathroom and refrigerator room and a screened porch.

High Tide offers not one but TWO Primary Suites with amazing marsh views! The first is located on the main living level (2nd level) off of the living room and offers a king size bed, HD Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second Primary Suite, located on the 3rd floor, also has a king bed, en suite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Both Primary Suites have direct access to expansive porches to enjoy the unforgettable ocean and marsh views.

In addition to the second Primary Bedroom, the third level also offers a guest bedroom with king bed, spacious bunk room and an office space with marsh views for guests who need to sneak in a little work with their play! There is also a queen pull-out couch in the ground level den. The home has a private elevator with access to all three levels of the home.
