St Simons beach trip

The home on Bruce Dr was perfect for what we needed. The home was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for our group to hang out in the den or living room. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was the perfect size. And the kitchen had all the needed amenities. I would definitely rent this home again.

A little bit of Coastal Georgia paradise

This property is the perfect place for a family of 10 to spread out and to be together for meals and entertainment. The walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. We hope to be back soon.

We meet our daughter and her family from New Jersey there my son and his family from Waterloo, Illinois, my husband and myself! First time ever to the Island. We LOVED the house, pool, and location. The island is beautiful

Beautiful house with updated decor. Very, very clean!! One of the best houses we have rented in SSI.

The house was extremely clean. It was beautifully decorated with a modern, beach theme. Lots of sitting areas to enjoy. The pool was perfect and perfectly heated for early spring!!

Perfect Vacation

Excellent vacation home perfect for large families! We had the best Memorial weekend bc of this home. We enjoyed having special family time in the fantastic large kitchen and dining areas. We were so close to the beach and restaurants it made getting the most out of St Simons very easy. The home was beautiful and clean! We have stayed at many rentals on the island but have to say this was definitely one of our favorites! Absolutely fantastic home!

The property was nicely renovated and ready for our crew of ten. Bikes and easy beach access location was great. The property management was very responsive and escalated any issue to the right Level of trade needed. The bunk beds works well. Would stay again and recommend to a close friend. Southern Soul BBQ, Echo and GA Sea Grill did not disappoint! Topped off with dulce dough for some of the best donuts ever.

Exceeded Expectations

From booking to checking out we had a great experience with this listing! The house exceeded all expectations and was well equipped to host our group. There is a fantastic kitchen along with two great living areas. A short walk to the beach and short ride into town. We really had nothing to complain about during our entire stay!

All Around Wonderful!

This was a great house—new everything, impeccably clean, tasteful decor, and plenty of room to spread out. Screened in porch and pool got mega use since we stayed in a lot due to Covid, but with a house so comfy, why leave? Location was awesome, charming block and 5 min walk or 7-10 stroll to a gorgeous beach. Bikes and beach buggie were a huge bonus!!! Highly recommend,, would absolutely stay again.

We rent a different house every summer! Always love the East Beach location and this location was ideal…you Could easily walk to the beach. The house was very nice and we were pleasantly surprised by all the adult sized beach bikes in the garage! Enjoyed this property! Wish the pool was bigger!

Memories made!

We had an absolute blast at your house and St Simons. The availability of bikes made the trip all more special! Riding to find the faces in trees, to the pier and to grab dinner and bring it home, was unreal! The home is exquisite with no lack of attention to detail! Perfect family layout

We had many different age groups and this place was perfect. The little kids could watch Daniel tiger at the same time the older kids played video games in the next room and the parents all on the dining room table all at the same time. It was very close to the beach and the bikes and beach chairs were a fun bonus. We have been coming to Saint simons for years and this was one of the easiest homes to stay in and relax. The back porch is as awesome as the picture looks also.

Wonderful for the 2nd year in a row

We love this house and it’s location. We rented it last year for July 4th as well and it’s perfect for waking yo the beach, riding the bikes downtown and seeing fireworks at the end of the road. The pool is a great addition to come back and jump in after a long day at the beach. The new landscaping by the pool looks great and we noticed some new furniture was added this year, which was all very nice as well. The house fits our extended family perfectly. We will be coming back again, I’m sure!
