Offered by Hodnett Cooper, St. Simons Grand 107 is an exceptional St. Simons Island vacation rental residence.
Hidden behind majestic oaks and a large lagoon with a secluded gazebo, is a well kept secret called the St. Simons Grand. Enter through the private gates into a luxurious oceanfront community offering a direct ocean view from every residence.
With its expansive and beautifully landscaped courtyard dotted by lagoons you can enjoy a day by the oceanfront heated swimming pool or hot tub, or take a walk up the boardwalk and out onto the sand and water of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a day or evening grilling dinner on one of four gas grills.
The St. Simons Grand offers covered parking and three elevators conveniently located throughout the building.
St. Simons Grand 107 is a tastefully decorated three bedroom, three bath residence. The large and well equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living room area which enjoys a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The large master suite also offers an ocean view and a large private bath with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.
Bedding Includes: 2 Kings, 1 Queen
Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! fall break with grandchildren
we love the Grand for location and pool and view. This particular unit needs decor refresh or at least need to remove clutter. Too many decorations/accessories on every surface. Was nearly impossible to find place to set a glass or book or such. Color scheme is very dark for the beach.
