There are two gas fireplaces located in the den and living room that are only turned on from January – March. Carol’s Grey Side is one of the hardest rentals to get into. This property has a large laundry room front load HE washer/dryer. Each of the two bedrooms have private use bathrooms with tub/shower combos. They also have walk-in closets. There is an additional full size bathroom off the living room with a standalone shower and double vanity sink. There is a formal living room and formal dining that has great views. TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms with streaming only. There is carport parking for two vehicles with extra outdoor seating and easy access to the beach, which is directly in front of this beautiful home! You can access your unit via a private use elevator or the stairs in the hallway. The beach is tide contingent. There is an additional cleaning fee of $200 and a non-refundable pet fee of $200. COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.
VRBO CUSTOMERS: Please note that if you are booking through Vrbo, you will be responsible for paying their service fee. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee.
