It is very spacious in the main area for gathering with a gorgeous view! The bunk bed room is very small and it's bathroom is extremely small for 4 people. They need some shelving in there for cosmetics etc. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. I'll list a few items that I feel would be inexpensive upgrades: no potholders anywhere, only one lid for a small pot - otherwise no lids at all for cooking, only 6 coffee cups. We had 8 adults and 2 children and therefore could not drink coffee at the same time. That was a bummer. But overall, a beautiful place and we enjoyed it.

This condo is beautiful with expensive beach views. 4 large bedrooms & nice bathrooms kept us very comfortable. We walked to the village everyday. We will definitely Consider using the same rental again.

Great location and home right on the beach! Only thing I would add is window coverings in the living area. The sun is bright and gets it warm in there causing the ac to work over time!

The Ship House was great! Everything was clean and we had plenty of room. The icemaker in the bar area was a great extra! The rooms were large and each one had its own bathroom which was great. The only problem we had was with the beach chair rentals we were only able to get chairs for 2 of the days we were there and the rental company was a pain. For the price we paid for the unit it would have been nice for the beach chairs to be included.

New Years Eve Nightmare!

This is the worst value property we have ever stayed at using VRBO. Hodnett Cooper should be ashamed of themselves for charging such an exorbitant price for a less than average property. The furniture was early attic vintage, no water pressure in the bathrooms, kitchen was a joke! The place was dirty and overrun with cockroaches! The ice-maker in the bar area had silverfish swarming in it! Such a huge let down. Pictures of location didn't even match reality! What a great job of puffing!
