The house was great - plenty large for everyone. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch as we had a bit of rain. Nice size pool. Only downside was noisy neighbors into the nights, but it was spring break.

Great House for large family

This was a great centrally located house on Saint Simons Island. It had lots of room for three different families to come together and stay for the Christmas holidays. We really enjoyed it.

Wow, what a home! The place is immaculate, from the decor to the cleanliness. It is also located in a premiere spot, within walking distance to the village, restaurants, and pier. Not to mention, the vast space prevents the feeling of being cramped. Excellent experience!

Great for group

Beautiful home with a great set up for multiple families. Walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants & a nearby park. Only downside is there were not a ton of towels and no pool towels. Also on a busy road but nice to have a fenced in backyard for kids. I would definitely recommend this house.

Fall Break 2024

This was the perfect house and location for our 3 families and and high school seniors. We had a blast and made great memories. The location is perfect for walking to the village to eat, shop, and have fun. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Surprise

The house was much nicer than we expected. We came down to Brunswick for a high school soccer playoff game, which we won, and coming back to a nice comfortable place to stay was even better. All the kids as well as adults were super please. Great place and I highly recommend staying here. We loved how close it was to everything we needed. We never drove our cars as we simply walked about 200 yards to the nice downtown area. We couldn't have found a better place to stay.

Great house next to the village

The house was perfect for our group of eleven adults and one infant. Clean, nicely furnished and decorated, spacious, and comfortable. (The only room needing a bit of attention was the kitchen. Need more than one cookie sheet, some pans severely scratched and unusable, some non- metal spatulas needed for cookware to avoid scratching, and some of the cookware and dishes were put away dirty before our arrival. These were minor concerns.)

Great house with large rooms and a convenient location to the town and pier.We had an issue with the refrigerator freezer not working correctly but did not realize it until our first morning. After contacting the property manager an appliance repairman (Mr Osborne, very pleasant and knowledgeable) came that afternoon. His initial try to fix the issue did not work and we contacted him again the following morning. He returned a second time but at this point he determined he could not repair it and the decision of what to do would be between the property owner and the property manager.We never heard from the manager until we called them the day prior to our departure to ask what type of compensation we could expect for our lost freezer food, ice purchases and overall inconvenience. Several hours later we received an offer of 150 (roughly 20 per day) which we accepted despite feeling it was not very generous all things being considered.The bottom line is we were there for 7days with no freezer.Nine days later we had to contacted the management company again as we had not yet received our refund. Shortly after it was credited to our card.Overall the house was fantastic except for the above problem. Hopefully it was remedied prior to the next guest

The pool saved our trip since the weather was rainy and cold and sitting on the beach was not an option! The house was spacious and clean. We had enough room for everyone to sleep and you couldn't hear lots of noise throughout the house! We will look to stay here again because it's an easy walk to the village!

Perfect for large family gathering. Kids lived in the heated pool. Pet friendly and plenty of space to spread out. Loved village just 3 doors down. Barely had time for the beach!

Good space, comfortable beds, convenient location. Only negatives are poor provisions (for this type and level of VRBO) - microscopic soap, 2 trash bags for a house of 16 for 3 nights, no dish towels, 1 roll paper towels, no salt and pepper, etc. But we had a GREAT time and loved our trip. Parker’s convenient store had what we needed
