Hodnett Cooper presents this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 127 offers a partial ocean view across the courtyard, an updated kitchen, and features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Needs a serious facelift
The building was nice and the location was great. The condo itself needed some serious updating. If you miss the 70’s/80’s this is the condo for you. The wallpaper is peeling, furniture is worn out and the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. The best part was the balcony. We had friends staying in another condo on the 3rd floor and it was modern and very nice. My kids were embarrassed to show them ours. It was clean and the air worked well. Will rent a better kept condo next time around.
