Welcome to the Island Pearl! This beautifully updated vacation rental offers guests the perfect St. Simons Island escape with a private pool and tons of outdoor space for guests to relax and play. Fully renovated in 2021, the Island Pearl is a short 5-minute drive to the beach (1.5 miles), the island's best restaurants and shopping.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

From the moment you arrive, guests will feel the island vibe with upscale furnishings, large living spaces both indoors and outdoors as well as the relaxing waters of the new pool and sun shelf. The side yard is the perfect place to set up games of corn hole and enjoy time gathering around the fire pit. The partially covered pergola has two lounge chairs, a bar height dining table and a large sofa and lounge area with direct views of the pool area. Guests can enjoy preparing the catch of the day on the Weber charcoal grill.

The open concept living area provides a great gathering space for guests to enjoy preparing and eating meals in the fully stocked kitchen, watching the game or enjoying family movie night or game fun in the sunroom which includes a ping pong table!

The primary bedroom suite offers guests a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. The primary suite has direct access to the courtyard as well as pool views. Two guest bedrooms offer a queen bed and the fourth guest bedroom offers two queen beds.
