“This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! ”

“The hotel is in a central location making it convenient to walk in either direction. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good. We woke up to a snowy morning and it was awesome to go out on my balcony for pictures. ”

“Loved our 4 night stay in the Palace’s new building just adjacent to the main hotel. We were upgraded to a balcony suite that had a bunk bed room in addition to the master, and just wow. The view was spectacular from every window. The apartment smelled like fresh pine wood. The spa in the basement of the building was wonderful to have access to. “It's hard to tell you how much this place is perfect. The place was so clean, the room was perfect and the location just beautiful in front of the lake. The staff at the restaurant was so nice and the breakfast buffet was just right! Come for the views, the proximity from the mountains, the cleanliness and the amenities. Thank you again!”

“Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable. However, I am very fit and this may not be an option for everyone. The breakfast buffet was very good. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Nico's, which was excellent. It was my best……
