“This was a gorgeous place to stay! It was spacious, clean & had amazing views from the windows. We came here for my brothers birthday and the whole family were blown away by the apartment & the area. We couldn’t recommend this place enough! It was a little bit confusing to find but after asking people for some help in the shops close by we were at the reception in no time :) The lady that checked us in was extremely friendly and welcoming she sent us some of her recommendations & activities……

“I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at Bayview Hills Montenegro. From the moment we arrived, our room was unbearably hot. On the same day, I requested a room change, but my request was completely ignored. The following day, I raised the issue again, only to be met by a very rude manager who attempted to blame me for not reporting the problem sooner. I had to show the WhatsApp messages proving that I had already contacted the hotel the day before. Rather than apologizing,……

“Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels.”

“Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. Cant fault our stay, everything was to our liking. The……

“A equipe do hostel é muito prestativa. O único inconveniente foi não poder deixar a minha mochila guardada no hostel antes de fazer o check in. Perdi horas sem saber o que fazer e pra onde ir com a minha mala. Eles deveriam ter um depósito. Sim, fala-se na descrição que a recepção não é 24 horas mas não tem avisos claros sobre a bagagem. Entrei em contato com a propriedade e disseram que não poderiam me receber antes nem para deixar a mochila mesmo eu não fazendo o check in.”

“Room wasn’t ready - it took three hours to take a shower. Mold in shower. Towel racks missing. Fixture to hol shower head missing. Heard scurrying sounds o I’ve the ceiling ”

“The hotel was nice staying at. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was noisy. It is also not refundable, I made I mistake booking twice but couldn’t get back my money and I try to call them but the number is not working. It was also hard to find first. ”

“Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent.
